TANTRIC AWAKENING EXPERIENCE - BEFORE & AFTER SESSION GUIDELINES
Receiving personal sessions is powerful and can bring up memories and emotions. This guide has been developed to help you understand the process, how to get the most out of a session, and how to have a more easeful transition after a session.
Please follow these guidelines to give yourself the best opportunity to prepare for and integrate these sessions.
1. Have a good night’s sleep before and after the session
Go to bed early and do not use any mood-altering drugs such as alcohol, marijuana, or sleeping pills for at least 24 hours before or after the session. It is also recommended not to consume coffee or caffeinated beverages for at least 6 hours before the session.
2. Drink plenty of pure, clean water before & after the session
This helps to flush toxins out of the body and lubricate, as well as aiding the flow of energy.
3. If you engage sexually, consider doing so in a slower more nurturing manner
Do not focus on orgasm or ejaculation. It is also important to relax any expectation of orgasm or ejaculation during the session.
4. Continue personal practices
Such as conscious emotional release, meditation, conscious self-touch and self-pleasure exercises, walking in nature, yoga, qigong, tantra, healthy diet, light exercise, and journaling.
5. Do not schedule anything immediately before or after a session
This is so you have spacious time to breathe, feel, enjoy, and integrate. Often, clients emerge from the session in a state of silence, meditation, and quiet contemplation; it is highly recommended to allow space for that.
6. Do not engage in sexual union with anyone for at least two hours after your session
It's important to give space and time to integrate the powerfully transformative nature of the session.
